What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact us with your order number.

We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes at this time.

My Item is shipping from outside the US. What gives?

We are an American company but a few of our products ship from Europe. We strive to source the best products for the most reasonable prices. Therefore some of our products may ship from outside the continental United States.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
